  • 4 We train your FOH directly. The person answering the phones is the one who decides if the system sticks. We train them one-to-one so they're confident from day one. Not a YouTube tutorial. An actual conversation with someone who understands how a front desk works.
  • 5 We support you through go-live. The first few days on a new system are where things go sideways. We're there. Not a helpdesk ticket queue. Actual support from the people who set you up, available when you need them.

What the first week actually looks like:
