What does the price cover?

The garage, not the head count. Staff logins for everyone on the desk and in the workshop, no per-user fees, no setup fee. Reg lookups are unlimited. Texts come with a monthly allowance and you only pay for what you use above it. HaynesPro technical data starts with 100 tokens, and more are £100 + VAT per 1,000.

Am I tied into a contract?

Month to month. Software should keep you because it is good, not because a contract says so. Cancel any time, we help you export your data, and there is no exit fee. If you leave, you leave with everything.

How long does switching over take?

Switching over from another system with years of data takes up to two weeks, and we do the move with you, so it is not weeks of hassle for the garage. Do I pay more when I take someone on?

The price is for the garage, not per head. A new mechanic or another person on the desk gets a login the same day and the bill does not move. That is true on both plans, however many staff you have.
